HW14 Lock50 Cloneable Key

1. Used as emulator key when making dump file - New Style Key JLR Cars (2018+)
2. UWB off key for customer use (FULL proximity)
3. When using C Package, MUST add 2 of these keys onto the RFA before it is possible to program OEM Keys, if OEM keys are possible

10 Time Cloneable Key Use, after that, the key reverts to an HW18 non-UWB customer key
