The tool is very easy to use, if you're running into trouble, try tech support page first where I have protocols filmed and most common issues- please review most common issues, its like 90%. Most likely your questions are answered there. If someone has gone to a car before you and made damages on a car, you have to return it to ready to program. We suggest charging the customer accordingly for damaged cars. Our initial hourly rate to do the job via TeamViewer is $250, for each additional hour on the same car, $150/hour.
